D-SRV is a special product designed for the unique needs of the restaurant industry and in particular, the server-patron relationship.  Many restaurants are already using wireless notification systems similar to our D-NRS wireless paging system to alert patrons when their table is ready.

A terminal and receiver combination similar to that used with the D-NRS system can be used for notifying waiting patrons when their table is ready.  The NotiSender paging terminal and the companion Notifier receiver is well suited for this application as well as for church use, where these products are known as ParentFinders.

In the restaurant business, one of the most important things to be done is to keep tables turning with new patrons as quickly as possible.  Of equal importance is the ability to promptly respond to patron needs in particular when there is a need for additional services and when the patron is ready for the check!

The D-SRV system has been designed to satisfy both requirements by providing a simple wireless notification system.  To request service, the diner pushes the black button on a simple table top device.  To request the check, the diner pushes the red button.  The call is instantly transmitted to a pager worn by the server.  Service is fast and efficient.  The restaurant provides better customer service, turns tables quicker, and sell more appetizers, desserts and drinks.
